That’s not a question. But great, good for you. There are probably lots of bugs. Building an app by yourself while you have another job means I probably won’t get every single bug. So tell me about it, and I’ll try to fix it.
Right now, no. At launch, Stratus is only available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac due to how it was build (Xcode) and how it stores data (using iCloud). I’m looking into the possibility of making it compatible with something like Google Drive or Microsoft’s One Drive, or may using a low-level database service you could support yourself, but right now, the ecosystem needs Apple gear.
